Dawn Comes After Darkness presents new sculptural works by Miriam Kongstad, created in mixed media and incorporating materials such as metal, stone, and essential oils. Taking the history of Møstings as a former summer retreat and space for rest as her starting point, Kongstad, a trained choreographer and visual artist from Hochschulübergreifendes Zentrum Tanz Berlin and the Sandberg Institute in Amsterdam, investigates how the body absorbs, resists, and is shaped by its surroundings. The exhibition unfolds as a sensory landscape where material, movement, sound, and scent meet in reflection on bodily presence and transformation.
Dawn Comes After Darkness is open till September 14.
Tue - Fri: 11 - 6:00 PM
Sat - Sun: 11 - 5:00 PM
